MACHINE HEAD Guitarist Jams With BUTLERS In California (Photos)
January 12, 2012MACHINE HEAD guitarist Phil Demmel joined BUTLERS — San Francisco Bay Area's favorite cover band — on stage this past Saturday, January 7 at Pine Street in Livermore, California to perform two songs: JUDAS PRIEST's version of the FLEETWOOD MAC classic "The Green Manalishi (With The Two Prong Crown)" and UFO's "Shoot Shoot". BUTLERS is a project consisting of members of JETBOY, RUFFIANS, AMERICAN HEARTBREAK, EXODUS and IMMIGRANT. The band, which plays "B-sides of classic '70s rock," has previously jammed with members of TESLA, DEATH ANGEL, FANG, MACHINE HEAD, L.A. GUNS and DUBLIN DEATH PATROL, among others.
